Used Komatsu FD200Z-6 20-ton forklifts for sale

The Komatsu FD200Z-6 is a 20-ton diesel forklift built for ports, steel yards, factories, heavy machinery handling, and large industrial operations. Powered by an Isuzu 6BG1-T diesel engine producing around 160 hp, it is designed for loads that are far beyond the capacity of conventional warehouse forklifts.

With a lifting capacity of 20 tons at a 900 mm load centre, the FD200Z-6 is suitable for steel products, heavy machinery, pipes, large industrial components, oversized pallets, and other high-density loads.

The FD200Z-6 uses a heavy-duty chassis with four front wheels to provide a wide and stable base under large loads. Pneumatic tyres also make it suitable for ports, yards, and outdoor industrial surfaces where traction and durability are important.

Its torque-flow transmission delivers smooth power during travel and load handling, while a turning radius of around 6 m reflects the size and stability required from a forklift in this capacity class.

Why choose a Komatsu FD200Z-6?

The mast provides around 3 m lift height and extends to approximately 5 m, allowing the forklift to lift and position heavy loads while maintaining the robust geometry required for a 20-ton machine.

Maximum travel speed reaches around 29 km/h, helping operators move material efficiently across large ports, steel yards, factories, and logistics facilities.

The FD200Z-6 is particularly suited to steel handling, heavy machinery, pipes, concrete products, industrial components, and oversized cargo. Its 400-liter fuel tank supports extended working periods where stopping frequently for refuelling would interrupt production.
