This used 1996 Sumitomo SH60 is a 6-ton-class mini excavator configured with a telescopic boom and grapple for material handling, making it suitable for scrap yards, recycling facilities, sorting work, stockpile handling, and other applications where reach and controlled grabbing are more important than conventional digging. The telescopic arm extends and retracts to provide up to 9 m maximum reach, while the grapple replaces a standard bucket for handling loose and irregular materials.
Power comes from a 54 hp diesel engine, while the machine is equipped with an extendable undercarriage to increase stability during handling work. It also retains a dozer/backfill blade for site cleanup, leveling, and support work around the operating area.

- Winning bids are subject to a Makana platform fee of 3% or $750, plus a $275 documentation and handling fee. 5% VAT will also apply in accordance with applicable UAE tax regulations.
- If you win, the full invoice must be paid within 5 working days. Accepted payment methods include cheque, bank/wire transfer, cash in person, and credit card, with a 2.2% transaction fee applying to credit card payments.
- Won lots must be removed from the auction showroom within 15 days. After this period, a storage fee of $35 per day, per lot will apply.
- Failure to pay may result in the bidder’s deposit being captured. Where no deposit was made, such as registrations completed by credit card, Makana may charge 10% to the card used for registration.
- Failure to complete payment may also result in legal action for the full amount and suspension from future Makana auctions.
- If the winning bidder fails to complete the purchase, Makana may award the lot to the second-highest bidder, who will then be required to complete the purchase under the auction terms.
- Payment needs to be made in full within 5 days from checkout, including applicable taxes and fees to avoid late fees.
