Wirtgen 2100DC Cold planers 2003 CPM-001

This used 2003 Wirtgen 2100DC cold planer, also commonly called a cold miller, planer, or miller, is a 32.9-ton tracked asphalt milling machine built for road maintenance, pavement rehabilitation, and road building work where old asphalt has to be cut out cleanly before resurfacing. With a 2.0 m milling width, 300 mm milling depth, and a 1,080 mm drum diameter, it is set up for removing worn asphalt layers, correcting surface levels, and preparing a true-to-profile base for new paving work.

This Germany-made unit is powered by a V12 21.9-liter Mercedes-Benz OM444LA turbo diesel engine rated at 610 hp, supporting a fully hydraulic drive and steering system. It comes with 186 to 200 cutting heads, a 4-track heavy-duty undercarriage with non-marking pads, an 8 m swingable conveyor, adjustable conveyor belt speed, a quick-change drum housing, dual cutting drums, and an integrated dust suppression system. It also carries a 1,200 L fuel tank, and shows 17,872 hours on the meter.
